چکیده
Production of plants under artificial light conditions is an innovative and smart concept to grow food year-round in any location. However, pre-basic seed potato production the greenhouse from LED pre-treated seedlings aeroponic system a new creative idea. Therefore, objective study was optimize effect pre-treatment determine best spectral composition on growth performance tuberization plants. Potato variety ‘Golden King’ treated 9 spectra for 30 days—L1 (natural light), L2, (R:B), L3 (R:B:G), L4 (R:B:FR), L5 (R:B:G:FR), L6 (R:B:G:FR:UV), L7 (R:B:FR:UV), L8 (R:B:W:FR), L9 (R:B:W:FR:UV) 300 µmol m−2 s−1 photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD), 23/15 °C (day/night) temperature, 70% relative humidity. The revealed that characteristics tuber number were increased most by spectrum (R:B:FR). Furthermore, pigments L4, L7, L8, while TSC sucrose accumulated more L1 treatment. In contrast, higher fresh weight recorded L9, L7. Overall, it can be concluded with (R:B:FR) performed growth, establishment, tuberization.

A total of 280 weaned pigs (Landrace x Yorkshire x Duroc) were used in a 28-d growth study to investigate the effect of feeding different levels of potato proteins on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, immune response, small intestinal morphology, and bacterial populations in feces and large intestine. Pigs (initially 6.42 +/- 0.74 kg of BW and 23 +/- 3 d of age) were randomly allotted...
متن کاملIn vitro microtuberization in potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) cultivars.
Mechanism of microtuberization in three elite cultivars kufri badhsha (KB), kufri chandramukhi (KCM) and kufri jawahar (KJ) of potato was studied. Sprouts of all the three cultivars were used to obtain in vitro shoot cultures. MS medium supplemented with chlorocholine chloride was found to be most suitable for all the cultivars. Maximum tuberization was obtained under incubation conditions of c...

The aim of the research was to determine field, greenhouse and seed bed performance of plantlets derived from in vitro propagated plantlets of three potato cultivars. Generally, higher values were obtained from the mid-early maturing cultivar Marabel, compare to other cultivars (early cultivar Velox and and mid-early cultivar Concorde) for tuber yield, tuber number and average tuber weight. For...
